Morning is not just the starting of a day; it’s the time when the body is going to become fresh again. It’s the time when the body is going to detox itself. It’s the time when the body is getting ready for its fore coming duties. To make this happen properly, it’s the mind (Brain) that plays the major role in commanding and giving orders, one after the other.
Both the body and the mind are equally important and should be balanced properly. Sometimes people fail to manage these things in its way. And of course, yes, it actually designed so. Every day people end with any of these issues, either mentally or physically.
Too much of mental stress, makes the mind to get very poor in commanding and giving orders to the body. As in the same way, too much of physical work or stress, will have poor response to the commands. So absolutely, it should go hand-in-hand, only then, the entire day is going to be calm, or otherwise, it’s just the opposite.
Here is how a healthy morning should be:
Time to wake up
Getting ready
Detox
Exercise
Fresh up
Calm down
Breakfast
Get back to work
Time to wake up:
The best time to wake up is, by 6 o’clock. The real deep sleep comes only by 6; we have the option to snooze for a while right after the alarm. So, waking up between 6 o’clock to 7 o’clock is good. Waking up in these hours reduces the chance of the body, to get heated up. Waking so early and too late will make the body to heat up faster.
Remember, making the body to get heated up will results in hair fall. Those who are very much concerned about the hair fall, try waking up in the above mentioned hours.
Getting ready:
As soon as you wake up, it’s not advised to move straight away to work. This kind of sudden movement from rest to work will lead to Cardio Vascular issues. So, once you wake up, just lay down simply with your eyes open. Then sit for a while, either leaning over the wall or just by sitting without any support. Have a simple walk around your home.
By doing this, the body will start to work slowly and eventually, it will take us to the next step.
Detox:
Detoxing the body may look easy and could make us think, it happens routinely, so focusing much on detoxing is not needed. But, the actual problem starts here and persists within, if it is not considered important. Sometimes we may find it difficult while motioning, mostly it’s said as constipation. This happens when the body doesn’t get enough sleep, high stress or thinking too much about something. So, in such situations, the brain doesn’t send any signal to trigger the bowl movement.
Whereas, if you had a nice good sleep, then it instantly sends the command to trigger the bowel movement and urges you to the restroom. If you feel emptiness in your stomach after motioning and feels relaxed, that’s the way the body confirms you with complete detoxing and motioning.
In case, if you doesn’t feel the emptiness and a fulfilment, then it’s damn sure that your body didn’t remove the waste fully. So, often the body pricks us with these signs, but we fail to notice them. Having an eye on this is highly important.
Exercise:
Exercising is a next important thing in today’s scenario. Food habits have drastically changed over years. When a health issue rises with food, people prefer instant solutions, and they are getting the same. Because of this, they fail to understand the exact cause of the issue. “Any instant problems can be solved nicely over time, but every instant solution will you land in next problem”.
So, every morning exercising for a while makes the entire day fresh and smiling. Simple exercises like jogging, skipping, yoga, etc., Makes the body and mind fresh.
Fresh up:
From the time you wake up, the amount of heat in the body increased by doing any sort of work. So, it’s high time to have a bath. Showering oneself with many beauty products will again have the chance to increase the body heat. So use a mere amount while foaming yourself. A nice good bath for 15 to 20 minutes reduces the body heat and gives you the real feeling of freshness.
Calm down:
After a fresh shower, don’t be in a hurry to get in to work or having breakfast. Makeup yourself in a simpler way. “Take bath before having the breakfast”, it’s the common and a healthier say, which no one tries to follow.

By now you might have come up with a question.I have done all things from morning and even took bath before breakfast, still why am I waiting without having my food?
It’s so simple, don’t sit to eat right after the bath, and spend some 5 to 10 minutes to calm down your body (just don’t do any big things, sit quiet with fingers on lips, just joking). And now it’s the right time to have your favourite breakfast.
Get back to work:
A very simple and healthy morning is over, it’s time to work. Your days will be happier always, when you have a healthier morning like the one mentioned above.
